They can be a bit longwinded and boring, but they are important, so here are all the terms and conditions related to buying a secondhand / one worn / pre-loved wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or prom dress from wornoncewithlove.co.uk. I’ll try to make it as easy to read and understand as I can!
General Information
The Company is Worn Once With Love, a sole trader business of Claire Ingram, based at 3 Drovers Walk, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 1NZ. We can be contacted at claireingram@aol.com, or on 07812 989552.
These terms and conditions relate to using the worn once with love site and all the services it offers, including the purchase of second hand wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and prom dresses. If you don’t like any of the terms and conditions, then I’m afraid I have to suggest you don’t use the site or our services!
• We may change anything on this site at any time without telling you about it first
• We can’t guarantee there won’t be interruptions to access to the site – these things happen – and we’re not liable for anything that happens because of these interruptions, sorry!
• By using our site you are agreeing to behave in a certain (and basically simply reasonable!!) way, including:
o Not using the site for anything illegal
o Not suggesting we have endorsed anything without getting our agreement in writing first
o Not using the site to send or receive anything that is illegal or might upset someone else by threatening them or making comments about them that aren’t true, or anything obscene
o Not doing anything that infringes our or any of our partners intellectual property rights
o Not using our site to send any kind of commercial info unless you have or permission to do so, including spamming anyone

Website Content Information
We’ve tried to make sure that the colour and detail of every wedding dress, bridesmaid dress and prom dress is as accurate as possible, but this will depend on how you have your monitor set up, so we take no responsibility for the dresses being slightly different in reality to how they look on screen.
Paying for wedding, bridesmaid, flower girl and prom dresses
Payment for dresses is usually made in person at the wedding studio following an appointment to try a second hand or ex-sample wedding, bridesmaid or prom dress on. However, you may choose to purchase a dress directly from the website. In both cases payment is required in full when placing an order. If you purchase directly from the site, the goods will only be despatched when your payment has cleared. Payment will be requested via PayPals so you will need to give us a valid email address to allow this to happen.
At our discretion you may be able pay a deposit for a dress, but this deposit is non-refundable should you change your mind, as dresses will be removed from marketing and the opportunity to sell them to others is then lost to the us.
The prices quoted on this site do not include postage and packing – if you do want to purchase a dress directly from the site you will be given the best price for postage and packing which will be in addition to the price for the dress.
Delivery will usually be by Royal Mail recorded delivery. If you required delivery via another method please let us know and we will try and accommodate your wished, but you will be liable for any additional costs.
Returns – Studio Visits
If you are visiting the studio, it is your responsibility to check that you are happy with the dresses before you leave. In particular please bear in mind that these are once-worn / nearly new and ex-sample wedding and bridesmaid dresses and therefore may have some small imperfections such as missing beads or small pulls, and have therefore been priced accordingly. All obvious imperfections will be pointed out to you at the studio.
At our discretion we may agree to exchange a dress for another dress in the collection, but this is not a right and is purely at our discretion.
Returns – purchased direct from the website
This business is based on purchases made after an appointment at the wedding studio. If you wish to purchase a once worn or ex-sample dress direct from the website without viewing it first, you may do so but it is entirely at your own risk and we cannot take returns or refund your money should you choose to do so, so please think carefully first and ensure you are happy to go ahead. Again, please bear in mind that these are second hand and ex-sample wedding and bridesmaid dresses and therefore may have some small imperfections such as missing beads or small pulls, and have therefore been priced accordingly. Please ask for details of any imperfections on the dress you are considering purchasing.
